PERSONAL BACKGROUND - Mr. Pickering brings over 40 years of experience in international process improvement, manufacturing and operations. He is a recognized Toyota Production System specialist who has implemented successful transformation methodologies within the Packaging, Beverages, Large Warehousing, Plastics and Automotive industries.


Mr. Pickering has been involved and led teams that implemented state of the art, world-class manufacturing facilities. Mr. Pickering was responsible for several major installations that consistently outperform comparative processes two to five fold. Recent development in digital print and conversion has brought about several digital installations, together with full development of a first all digital print and cut facility in Santiago, Chile. Mr. Pickering has gathered and shared best practices from three continents - Europe, Australia and The Americas.


Mr. Pickering holds a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering.

Mr. Zeilinger is a recognized Toyota Production System specialist who has implemented successful transformation methodologies across a variety of industries that include Packaging, Electronics, Medical, and Automotive. Mr. Zeilinger has worked with several small, mid and large Fortune 500 organizations across the United States. Mr. Zeilinger has extensive expertise in operational improvements and total site transformation.


Mr. Zeilinger has been a Lean Enterprise Manager and has led teams that implemented state of the art, world-class manufacturing facilities. Mr. Zeilinger was responsible for several major product launches for organizations such as Del Monte, PepsiCo, Safeway, General Mills, Campbell’s, ConAgra, E. & J. Gallo Winery, Simpson Strong Tie and the Foster’s Group. Mr. Zeilinger holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Shawn Neary

BIO

PERSONAL BACKGROUND - Mr. Neary has over 27 years of experience in the packaging industry as a machine operator, supervisor, technical lead and continuous improvement facilitator. He has developed and implemented training programs for multi point gluing, die cutting and laminating equipment. He played a key role in developing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program specifically within printing and converting equipment. 


Mr. Neary has led teams that have successfully decreased set up times and increased production rates across many machine centers by using lean manufacturing principles. Transformed machine centers by implementing visual management, 5S and visual workplace organization. He has extensive experience in using modular material handling systems (Creform and FlexPipe )  and is able to create simple yet effective solutions for complex problems.
